1. Avoid the white things!
If you eat cereal or brown rice instead of white rice, you will not only get healthier, you will also be able to see a significant amount of weight loss.
2. Light stretching!
It’s almost summer so you should be wearing lighter clothes now. It’s good to do light stretches everyday. Even if it’s just a little, you will see results as your muscles are working.
3. Rice with two side dishes!
To reduce the intake of salts, eat only one to two kinds of side dishes when eating rice. This diet seems to be effective.
4. Foot bath!

[News] KARA confirmed to star in five-part drama ‘Secret Love’
KARA has now been confirmed for ‘Wind Blows In Winter‘ PD Kim Kyu Tae‘s five-part drama ‘Secret Love‘!
Gyuri, Hara, Seungyeon, Jiyoung, and Nicole will star in the five-part romantic melodrama featuring one act plays led by each of the five members. The drama will touch upon the different kinds of love including one-sided love, first love, breakups, and more. It’s rumored that Hara will be the one up first in the five-part series, but according to the agency, that hasn’t been completely finalized yet.
A representative commented, “Director Kim Kyu Tae, who is the mastermind behind top-notch productions with his impressive cinematography, and his top writers will team up with KARA to create a sweet and lovely drama. Please look forward to KARA’s five-part love story in fall 2013.”
The show is planned to premiere in Korea first and then broadcast later in other countries across Asia.

On May 15, an official from Kara‘s agency shared with TV Daily, “It’s been decided that Goo Hara, as well as the rest of Kara, will appear in the short drama.”

KARA to be in Cine Drama “Secret Love”
Girl group KARA has been cast in a five-part cine drama set to show this fall.
A press release by the film’s production company MAYS ENTERTAINMENT said on Wednesday that ”Secret Love” will be an omnibus of five different romantic stories revolving around each member of the group.
Each part will depict on a fairy-tale-like story surrounding their ways of reminiscing first love, enjoying the thrill of a secretive relationship, indulging in immortal love or undergoing the heartbreak of a parting.
The drama will be directed by director Kim Gyu-tae who recently helmed Zo In-sung’s “That Winter, the Wind Blows” (2013) through which Kim proved his talent in bringing out beauty through imagery.
“Secret Love” film will be accessible through television and theaters in various countries including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan this fall.

Nicole, the member in KARA who knows the most about cooking. Even though I cook a lot, I’m actually not very good at it!
Q: What is your favorite Japanese movie?
A: I recently watched “Calmi Cuori Appassionati” and it was really good. I’ve come to realize that love is largely about pride and timing. This movie made me think a lot.
Q: Introduce your dogs ♥
A: My dogs love skinship and they always love to stick to people. I have one male and one female dog. The female one is the type who wants to be loved by everyone. (laughs) But the male one only likes to stick to me. ♥
Q: Tell us your favorite Japanese phrase!
A: I like the phrase “suki dayo”. Not “suki” but “suki dayo”! (※ Note: “Suki” means “I like you”. She’s emphasizing on the way the the phrase is said.) Whenever I watch dramas and hear that phrase, I’ll think to myself, “I want to be told that too~” (laughs)
Q: A message for girls who look up to KARA!
A: The most important thing for girls is to believe in yourself! I believe that you will be able to shine if you have confidence. If you don’t have confidence, work hard towards being stylish or find a job that you have a passion for!
I’ve always liked to cook but only became addicted to it two years ago, I think? I look for recipes on the internet a lot but it’s also fun to add your own personal touch to them! My specialities are Korean stew (jjiggae) and fried rice. I like to make omelette rice (omurice) and Japanese curry too. My mom is great at cooking as well, she cooks delicious mackerel and steak (galbi) but I’m still not able to cook them as well as my mom. (laughs) My latest addiction is jam, and I have been eating it everyday. I make all sorts of jam, strawberry, mango and peach etc.
If I meet someone I like, I want to make a bento for him! If I secretly put the bento into his bag, he will think of me when he sees it right? (laughs) The bento will contain toast, jam and ham, and what kind of sweets should I put in? Cookies or brownie or cake? I want to make his favorite food for him. ♥
Even for a person like me who loves to cook, there are some things that I can’t do… That is to slice a fish. I get scared when I look at its eyes! It looks like it’s saying to me, “I’m dead because of you…”. (laughs) In order to increase the variety of dishes that I can make, I want to be able to slice a fish… Ah~ As expected, I can’t do it! (laughs)

Junhee called her to help with Jinwoon's cake. She asked if Nicole saw Mamma Mia when Jinwoon's mother choose Nicole as her preferred wife for Jinwoon and Cole did see it XD
It really looked like Nicole was into making the cake haha. Junhee asked what should they put on the cake and Nicole's like how about "I like you", then Junhee's like "Aw so cute" and touched Cole's shoulder which surprised her haha.
They tried out some girl group dances. Nicole (being the dance teacher she is lol) taught Juhee the Mister dance and was totally helping her out :)

[STAR COLUMN] Vol.1 - It’s Time for KARA’s Leader Gyuri & Youngest Member Jiyoung
Girl group KARA celebrates their 6th year anniversary in 2013. Two 20 year old girls at the time of debut have now transformed into women whilst the youngest 15 year old member then has grown into an adult. We have always seen the five girls performing together as one group on stage, now let us take a look at the girls’ individual activities.
I shall once again challenge to find out how KARA spends their time overseas, individually as well as their days off. Before this summer’s comeback, let’s peek into the everyday lives of the five girls. We will get to hear stories like who meets a certain character, who goes on a holiday and who spends a simple day with their friends etc. The story of KARA as they look back at winter, welcome spring and wait for summer shall be revealed.
The first two people we will look at is Gyuri and Jiyoung. Both of them experienced a ‘heart throbbing’ winter. One of them had the chance of transforming into another person while the other embarks on a new chapter of her life. The stories of Gyuri starring in “Nail Salon Paris” and Jiyoung who turns into a 20 year old university student begin now. /editor
