[Info] 12.01.16. KARA Members to Release Solo Songs (Newish info)
On January 16th, DSP Media revealed, "We are currently making up plans for each members to release their solo songs. The songs will be released before their next full album which will be released in the latter half of the year."
Last September 2011, KARA received much love for their third album, “Step”. This time, the girls are expected to bring a new image from solo songs that are to be released by each member.
Meanwhile, Nicole, who is mainly a rapper, is expected to do a collaboration with a famous male singer in her song. "As of now, we have not yet decided who the singer will be", a representative explained.
KARA is now busy preparing for their first solo concert, "KARASIA" which will be held on February 18th and 19th at the Seoul Olympic Park Stadium. The group will then extend the tour around Asia and plan to hold concerts in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand starting in April.

Why say "a famous male singer" when you have yet to decide on who it's going to be. Sheesh, stop releasing "information" to the public when you have yet to settle or have any confirmation to back it up. Quite annoying.

DeleteI think they already have a song for each members but didnt record it yet coz i read in article they said the song will be release during their concert right?Maybe Nicole collab require her to have male singer voice and so DSP already have the list of guy singer but didnt decide yet?Just my assumption.

yeah anon..i also hope the same..let just assume that they really wanna use the famous male singer just because they really really really want to make this song became no 1 on chart..and because the song is required male voice..LOL's..

Lol "mainly a rapper" I think I'm used to hearing her singing way more than rapping. They better not make her rap for her song.
ReplyDeleteI want a rap in the song but she better get to sing quite a bit too! She's a good rapper but she shines as a vocalist. If all she does is rap, that's gonna be such a disappointment. I wonder if the famous male is a solo singer or an idol?
