She and the other actors will meet with movie fans in several theaters in Tokyo. Staring on the 10th, she will join the cast. The schedule is currently being coordinated with the crew.

Hahaha... So much for not promoting. I knew this would happen especially with all those videos of her behind the scenes shooting her 5 second scene being released. Well this will only show that she has appeal, her popularity will help attract a broader audience. So Japanese and Korean film industry individuals will see this and soon enough she'll have offers pouring in left and right. Excited! 2012 will be her year for sure!... hahaha...

I was thinking the same thing. I guess it's more of helping her director friend and being in Japan at that time too. Coz Joe Odagiri and Fan Bingbing have a fanbase in Japan enuf to bring audience in.
I sure hope this kind of attention would help her land some good roles.

This is a first indeed.. promoting a movie even though it's just a cameo role lol
But i'm sure she'll be vouching for the aesthetic value of the film (she did mentioned she loved the storyline) and also to support her producer friend :)
I watched their press conference interview. Cole wasn't there but the japanese actor mentioned kpop kara(i think) and...S**D.
