Well not a rule, but it's like they are all neutral to each other so they can all be comfortable with each other. If they start to like each other like that, it can make things awkward for all them lol.

I can't believe that.. Not when you have the most beautiful, cute, sexy, lovely, fun women on earth in Nicole who has the charms to make men fall in love with her instantly simply by looking at them and who also LOVES to play with men and flirt around, even with her friends.. Combine that with two guys full of hormones and confidence who are probably used to getting all the girls they want easily..

Key mentioned recently on WGM that they couldn't watch each other when they perform onstage because its a bit awkward and even Key (saying with a bit of disgust) that Mir might see Nicole as a woman says to me that they don't go there with their friends, that's not how it works with their group of friends. I don't think Nicole is flirt, she's a playful type of person that likes to joke around and have fun. She does the same thing with her girl friends and KARA members, I don't think she's flirting with them. I believe her friends can tell the difference....
But everyone else is allowed to think however they want :)
