[News] 16.04.29. Nicole To Make Long-Awaited Comeback In Korea

Nicole will be releasing a new album in Korea sometime in the next couple of months!

According to her agency B2M Entertainment’s statements on April 30, “Nicole has been working on new songs, with the goal of making a comeback next month. The title track has yet to be decided, so her comeback may be pushed from May to June depending on the situation.”

Former KARA member Nicole made her solo debut in November 2014 with her first mini album “First Romance,” and its title track, “MAMA.” If she releases a new album in the first half of this year as planned, it will mark her comeback to the Korean music scene in one and a half years.

Previously, it was reported that she would be releasing a Korean mini album in March, but evidently the release was pushed back.

Many fans are curious to see what new songs she will include in her new album, especially after her latest Japanese single, “DON’T STOP".

[News] Nicole returning to the music scene in Korea and Japan with new album soon

After a long hiatus, former KARA member Nicole is returning to fans with new music.

According to various music industry officials on February 8th, Nicole is not only preparing to release new music in Japan but Korea as well.
On the 17th, Nicole will be releasing her 2nd solo Japanese single titled Don’t Stop for which a short music video has been released. It is her first Japanese single since June 2015 with Something Special.

Following her activities in Japan, Nicole is preparing to release a new mini-album in Korea as well with an aim of release for mid-March. This will make it a year and four months since making her solo debut with “MAMA” from the mini-album First Romance.

Nicole will have a Korean comeback in mid-March. An official from Nicole's side said  previously, Nicole showed a mellow charm but she'll be coming back with a cutie/sexy concept. Also to expect many solo activities.

[Interview] 15.10.27. Nicole, “I’ve lived while strangling myself" (Star1 Interview Translations)

After releasing a solo album last year, Nicole (25) came back after a year of vacuum. However for some reasons she feels unfamiliar. It feels like there’s a complete transformation, both from the atmosphere that exudes from her looks as well as her personality. Also her Korean Language is more fluent. What exactly happened to her for the past year?.

Q How was the photo shoot today?
▲ It was really fun. To be honest, even up until it started, I was worried a lot because of my fat… It was Chuseok not too long ago. I live alone right now, during holiday the delivery restaurants are closed so I invited close staff and I made Braised Spicy Chicken and we ate together. With Soju too. From that time my appetite that had been held back exploded and I ate a lot. I can’t control myself since I live alone. I ate a box of macaroon while watching TV. In the end I got enteritis. I only drank iron drinks for couple of days and didn’t work out at all. I needed to prepare my body for the photo shoot yet I wasn’t able to and it made me worry a lot.

Q You are the style that usually works out hard.
▲ I don’t do it as much as I used to. Before I went to work out around 6 times a week but these days I only work out around 3 times. I’m the style where my muscle will develop a lot even though I only work out for a little bit. So these days I’m doing exercise that will make me lose my muscle.

Q I heard that this is your first time doing an underwear photo shoot. There were lots of exposure, did it burden you?
▲ Aigoo, I worried a lot. Because at an underwear photo shoot you can see the line that you can’t cover. It was a great burden. However I think the clothes were able to conceal it a little bit and the photo shoot went well.

[News] Nicole will Leave for Japan on the 22nd!

Nicole will be leaving to Japan on the 22nd for Japanese solo promotions.

She will be in Japan for a week.  After solo promotions, Nicole will split her time between Japan and Korea.
