Hello, everyone!
It's my first message for 2015! w
Are you all doing well? I got sick before.
Haaaaaaaaachoo //sneezing sound// (TN: I'm not sure about this but I really can't figure it out. Google Translate didn't even help :| So from context clues, this is the closest possible thing.)
I got sick twice, so it was such trouble
But now I'm doing fine. Although I'm still resting, I'm happy

I feel like I've become domesticated w
Today, I cleaned the house. Aired the rooms out, did the laundry, and vacuumed.

I also ate good food and went to the market
Back in America, when I get a cold or any illness, I eat a lot of soup.
Chicken noodle soup. I do think you know that though.. w

Anyway, I really wanted to eat it, so I made it in water (TN: boiled perhaps? Nicole wasn't very clear. She actually wrote "I made chicken from water." VERY NICOLE.).
But I read that if you cook it a long time, the nutrients slowly seep out.
Today I used a slow cooker to cook w
It took me two hours, and during that time, I studied. About chickens.
I added a lot of noodles. The noodles have become more important that the soup w
Even so, it was delicious!!

I've been busy preparing for a while..

I think everyone knows that my new teaser came out yesterday!
How was it? While preparing for this album I was nervous. I did as much as I could to do my best..
I gave some suggestions for most of the styling and choreography.
But I participated on a lot of the album and not a small part of it.

Recently at night I've been wanting to eat spicy things.
Now I can't eat.. I always recall.
I'm unaware of the taste of rice. It might be from being nervous.
But fruit juice? is okay, my morning meal is a yogurt shake I make and drink, and at night I go buy and drink fruit juice.
Fruit juice is refreshing and therefore okay.

Out of the blue today, I thought of hitsumabushi*.. lol
I want to eat some lol

I really want to meet everyone too.

Right now I am doing fine..

I recently gained fat and need to work hard again..Tonight I feel like ..eating, but only can eat according to my new menu.

On my leisure days I work on Aerial Yoga and pilates as well!

 

After I finished today at 10AM I immediately took a photo.. it's not easy ahh w. I hope my shoulders will grow stronger and stronger.

It troubles me that there are a lot of dances move I still can't do.. however I will take it slowly.

Now autumn is approaching, I can't believe it. Of course I like it! During Autumn I like Aster Tataricus the most!

Duke's little brother! I got him too!ww Everyday at home, it feels like the whole time, Duke's looking at me... and I thought he looked sad... I thought about it for a month... If I get a friend for him, responsibility comes with it.. But compared to a different breed, one that's the same is better, they say. Therefore, if it's his brother, then it's the best! So I called the breeder. I asked whether Duke's brother is still there. I thought that I will leave it to fate.
But he's still there! So I got him then and there... I think Duke also knew they're brothers. Duke is a very jealous dog. Especially if I play with or touch another dog other than him. But now, he's not jealous at all. Ah, that's right. The new puppy's name is Jasper. His eyes are really unique. I want to give them a special name. If you look properly, the left eye is blue, but the right is brown and blue. Isn't it amazing? He has a different appeal from Duke.ww I think Jasper will become more cute in 2 or 3 weeks. After Jasper's arrival, Duke has become more mature. Although he's only 3 months old w Although it's getting better, we have to keep Jasper's crying in check. Jasper is still looking for his mom.. he's a bit of a... mama's boy... This habit, we're going to do our best to fix it. But since he's a mama's boy... he remembers orders quickly. You know, after eating here, I can't think of any other place's spaghetti
When I got back from America, I had dinner with my best friend, SHINee's Key... That time, we really ate a lot.. Spaghetti, soup, salad, pork, and dessert - two of each... Ahhh, we really ate a lot www
I'm so into it that recently, I have to go there at least once a week..ww
I don't have a photo of my first time there but I have other photos. I think I've tried everything on their menu already

I think everyone already knows.. I like alcohol ww
But actually, recently I've been able to endure. So I can lose weight. The sangria here is really amazing this drink is it. (I'm not to sure about the last phrase. maybe a natural speaker can help? "この飲み物が　それです")
Spaghetti is amazing right? But the best is really the tiramisu.
I've never eaten this kind of tiramisu.. My favorite tiramisu is red velvet. But this resto's tiramisu is the best. When I go there, I want to eat it... but I endure.. It's so hardddddd...
That photo of pork, I took it while it was being prepared today. I also want to be great at this kind of cooking.

Looks delicious, doesn't it? The other items on their menu is also great but I don't have photos...
But I plan on trying everything!!!

Recently, Duke and Chino seem to be getting along well. Thank goodness... The power of Duke's bite is strong... It hurts... I will do my best to fix this behavior... It hurts... but he's still a puppy. He will still make mistakes sometimes.
Duke already knowns Sit and Wait. He sort of knows Down.. We still have a bit to go but today he learned how to shake hands! He's so smart and yet he still can't pee and poop properly... I guess there's no more space in his head..

Chino is already 3 years old. I don't have to exert that much effort with him. That's why I want to teach Duke well. I searched Australian Shepherd Tricks on Youtube and I found a lot of videos!

Recently, because of Duke, I haven't been able to sleep.. maybe I should do crate training.
During the night, I have to wake up and take him to the toilet. It's so troublesome. I hope he learns soon...

It's summer... it's gotten troublesome. w Even when cooking. Well, I do cook... but it's troublesome. Also I've been working really hard on exercising! Today I did aerial yoga. Tomorrow, I'll go again. I want to show you how good I am at it haha

Right now. I have a problem. Duke... although he pees properly, he suddenly poops recklessly. He absolutely can't keep it in. This morning, he was about to go and I screamed, "You have to do it in the toilet!" but he still did it... I was shocked. Today too, he his where he did it.. But peeing he can do by himself.. I wonder what's wrong.. Today, I moved the poop into the toilet... but just a little bit, I plan on talking. (?? I don't understand. she could've made a typo which could mean she plans on researching into it)

Anyway, last week, I went to pilates but I was late because I brought Chino and Duke along. When my teacher saw them, s/he took a lot of pictures. It's the teacher's first time to meet them. I was fresh faced so they didn't bother looking at me ww

The first is of us sitting. The other pictures are mostly me hugging Duke. The last one is a photo of me holding Duke because he hurt his foot. While I was exercising, Chino was also nearby. When he got to enter the room, he sat down beside me w Isn't that cute? It's like Chino is also exercising
