[News] Nicole to Make Japanese Solo Debut in April

It has just been announced that Nicole will be making her solo debut in Japan this April.

On February 17, one of Nicole's representatives stated, "Nicole will be making her Japanese solo debut in April. The new music that Nicole will release in Japan will be totally different than her debut solo album that was released last year in Korea. It seems like it will be an album that will show off a totally new side of Nicole."

Nicole made her solo debut in November of 2014 after her departure from her former group KARA. Her solo debut is already gathering much excitement and anticipation from Japanese fans, who will be eagerly awaiting her debut this April.

Nicole to make her Japanese solo debut in April before returning with her next Korean album

Her agency revealed to media outlets on the 17th, "It's true that Nicole is currently working on a new album for a Japanese release with a goal time period of April. She's currently working on her song, so we haven't decided on a specific date yet."
 
We saw her make her domestic solo debut with a sultry and sexy image, but apparently she'll be taking a different approach for the Japanese market. "Although we haven't decided on the concept yet, she is planning on showing a different image than she showed in Korea. In addition to her Japanese promotion preparations, she's also preparing to release a new album in Korea as well."

It's said Nicole's Japanese promotions will take place from April to May, and then she'll greet her domestic fans with a Korean album after May.

Nicole Hopes to Release Japanese Solo Album in April 

Former KARA member Nicole is getting set to release a solo album in Japan.
According to a representative of Nicole’s agency, “Nicole will release her first Japanese solo album in April. She is still working on the album’s tracks, so its release date has yet to be determined.” 

Regarding the concept, they said that while nothing can be confirmed, Nicole will present a new side of herself on the album. “The new album will contain very different tracks than the ones on Nicole’s first solo album released in Korea. Similarly, the album will also showcase some of Nicole’s qualities not covered in the last album.”
The new album marks the first time that Nicole will release new material or perform in Japan since her departure from KARA last January. She had previously gained a lot of popularity there through her activities with KARA, which entered the Japanese market in 2010. Following her Japanese release, the representative also revealed that Nicole will be working on a new Korean mini-album as a follow up to her debut album, “First Romance.”

Former KARA Member Nicole Announces Solo Debut In Japan Planned For This Spring

Nicole left KARA last January and released her first solo album in November.

Former KARA member Nicole will be making her solo Japanese debut this April.

“Nicole will release her new album in Japan this April and is currently working on it now,” revealed a statement from Nicole’s agency, B2M Entertainment, according to OSEN.
“Since she is still working on her songs, no specific release date has been set yet.”

She plans to reveal a different concept form her image in Korea. She is also preparing to release a new album in Korea as well.

She will hold her Japanese promotions until May, before coming back with a new album in Korea.

Nicole left KARA last January and released her first solo album in November.
