I have seen some fans mentioning this, that it might have to do with Jinwoon. But personally, I don't see any evidence of that.
Nicole's always been super personal and I don't see how she would just randomly tweet out things that might have to do with her personal life. I think it's more likely she's just tweeting about work, she's a perfectionist and she's commented before that some things such as variety shows stress her out, especially right now when KARA's focused on solo stuff but we have yet to hear about anything she's doing.
