★Diet tips!

1. Avoid the white things!
If you eat cereal or brown rice instead of white rice, you will not only get healthier, you will also be able to see a significant amount of weight loss.
2. Light stretching!
It’s almost summer so you should be wearing lighter clothes now. It’s good to do light stretches everyday. Even if it’s just a little, you will see results as your muscles are working.
3. Rice with two side dishes!
To reduce the intake of salts, eat only one to two kinds of side dishes when eating rice. This diet seems to be effective.
4. Foot bath!
I’ve recently started going for foot baths. In the past, I did half body baths. Feet tend to get cold easily. Along with stretching, this will help to improve blood circulation.
