KARA’s fan meeting in Korea to be shown live in movie theaters across Japan

 
KARA made news as they performed after a long absence at the 2011 Dream Concert held in Korea a few days ago. It was decided that their fan meeting to be held in Seoul on 6/11 will be shown live in theaters across Japan.

This fan meeting was limited to 4,000 attendees. It seems that various performances, not to mention songs and talk segments, are planned as the members wish to lessen their distance from fans. The live broadcast will be shown only in Japan, and only for one night. The broadcast content is expected to be a must-watch for fans. Simultaneous interpretation will be included also.

Kara for Japanese LG Optimus Bright Ad

LG Electronics revealed on June 1st that they chose KARA to be the Japanese CF models for their upcoming cellphone brand , LG ‘Optimus Bright’.

A representative revealed, “To celebrate the launch of our new ‘Optimus Bright’ smartphone in mid-June, we have decided to partner with popular girl group KARA because of their youthful and lovely image which complements our product.”

KARA will also be releasing a new Japanese single titled ‘Go Go Summer Bright‘, which will be used for the CM and be promoted at the same time.

The LG ‘Optimus Bright’ is the Japanese variant of the ‘Optimus Black‘, but with some slight modifications. The CM and print advertisements will be launched starting June 17th
