It kind of makes sense, though. I'm sure they did not mean scandal in a negative way, and since Taeyeon/Seungyeon are the most popular members in their respective groups in Korea, it makes sense they'd be ranked above more 'scandalous' members in their groups. Fans want to see their favorites top any kind of polls nowadays. But Cole's just too solid with her KeyJinCole + priceless social connections everywhere. I WANT HER PHONE.

I see it as a 'positive' scandal too, Cole is just such a friendly idol .. <3
