[News] 11.12.15. Kara treated like guests of the state in Japan with network leaders welcoming

The special treatment Kara received from the Japanese broadcast company is drawing attention.
The November 12th episode of Japanese channel Kansai TV’s ‘Adventure Tutorial!’ proceeded as a Kara Special.

For the 1 hour episode, the grand welcoming of Kara really drew a lot of attention.
Outside the Kansai TV building, the broadcast company’s employees including the production director, production conductor, and program producer were waiting for Kara.

When Kara came into sight in the fancy white limousine, the brass band started to welcome Kara playing Kara’s ‘Mister’ pleasantly surprising the members.
The endless red carpet in front of the company building made it seem as though the welcoming party was for some of the guests of the state.
The way the Kasai TV, the Japanese channel, treated Kara with utmost respect surprised both Korean and Japanese netizens.

Some of the netizens on the Japanese community site 2CH commented, “That’s VIP treatment”, “I think Kara’s the first to receive such treatment”, “I guess Kara are the top idols in Japan”, and “The treatment is completely different from a year ago. Kara are huge stars in Japan”. Another netizen expressed tje amazement at Kara’s popularity stating, “This is the first time that a program is dedicated to a foreigner for an entire hour since Michael Jackson passed away”.

Another Japanese channel NHK is also scheduled to air a 50-minute special on November 16th titled ‘MJ presents KARA special’ which will revolve around Kara’s hit songs.
