That place with the post I was responding too a couple posts back.... is pretty neat. It's like your inner thoughts that you can't post at the forums etc because you might get attacked. But some of these thoughts makes logical sense. I always had so many questions regarding KARA & DSP and some members.
So I have a lot but I think I'll reveal each one by one.
My first reveal:
Before as a KARA fan, I was proud that I didn't have to prove why KARA was awesome to people b/c KARA would prove that themselves with their performances. I was definite about that. But along the way, I find myself having to explain why this member can't do this & that, defending them. I am tired, I originally became a fan because I didn't have to do that.
I encourage you guys to reveal too, interesting to read fellow fan's thoughts no?

ReplyDeletefirst reveal: Kara is getting popular and I think more people are gonna try to find more faults in Kara. If I can respond to them because they have a misunderstanding then fine but, if they're just trying to Kara down then what's the point.

ReplyDeleteEvery now and then I watch their old videos from their debut and Rock-U days because it seemed like they were super happy and full of excitement. Now every time I look at them, I feel happy but somewhat I feel sad. They just don't look as happy as then.
It annoys me a lot when other people, I wouldn't say fans, attacks Kara's singing and say they're known for their image rather than their singing. I mean how could they say that, IMO Kara is still one of the better singers in the idol groups. While it might be true that they are not perfect, their singing still needs improvement when singing live but when you see them guesting on radio shows and they don't have to do dancing, their voices are much better and actually very similar to their album recordings. And most of all I hate it when even Kara fans say Nicole is not a good singer, have they ever tried listening to her solo songs when she features in Happy And and others and when she sings solo on radio shows.
ReplyDeleteyeah sometimes it did annoys me when people attacks Kara just based on 1 picture, 1 performance, 1 interview, or 1 show, 1 single etc, and not looking at their whole career (sometimes they attacks with no reason whatsoever.....), but sometimes some people are just born to be that annoying, no matter what solid & common sense reasoning we did to "defend" them when the person already just full of hate and ignorance it just gonna be like teaching snails to run LOL
ReplyDeletenowadays when come to any article or news especially the international one, mostly i skip the comments page and just read the news, coz i used to took it personal when comes to Kara so sometimes when people say something harsh about them its really enraged me as like it was me being attacked XD but as times goes by, i realised even with many people had voiced their hate with Kara, and yet the girls still there on the stage, making new album, going reach new audiences in various country etc so i'm thinking none of this hates really matters coz what matters for me is the girls still there and still going strong. For the hater i'm just thinking "well too bad, they don't know what they just missed"
* although still on some rare occassions, i still replied to haters comments lol...you just couldn't help it XD *
revelation 1: I don't care about their musical success anymore. I just want them to have happy lives after Kara. Not every one can fit into the stereotypical categories of solo singer/actress/model after idoldom, you know.

ReplyDeleteNicole was the one who introduced me to Kara and other kpop idols. Before that, I was just into Kdramas .. :)
I've learned to love KARA although I have to admit sometimes I prefer Kara4 than the current one. Coz although Kara4 was not as popular as Kara5, they were more 'real', performing songs that have depth and showcases their vocal abilities.
And sometimes I'm sadden by the fact the three most talented members (i think you guys know who) seem to be sidelined just because they don't have the 'image' which the public love.
And of course, what i hate most are those haters who keep putting our Cole down - saying that she can't sing, ugly etc..
